CVS — Local services in Old Forge

I was there yesterday to pick up prescription and other things. I had to watch the young cashier at the pharmacy counter and a woman in her 70’s or 80’s try to communicate with this young lady about the candy being 1/2off and how to get the rewards from the pamphlet she saw in the counter. She just kept telling the lady to get the app and that the candy wasn’t 1/2 off. It took the pharmacist to come over and see the woman is signed up for rewards and get her rewards coupon in the receipt and explain that the candy was buy one get one 1/2 off. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have never done a review, but I am submitting a complaint as well. Not just the pharmacy, but most staff at this store are incredibly rude. Had a coupon from the coupon center and it didn’t come off when he scanned so essentially wouldn’t take the amount off just bc it wouldn’t scan, said to take the product off if he wouldn’t fix it and my total went up!!! Check your receipts I bet you’ve been charged more than something was worth. Many times my extra bucks didn’t print or just disappeared magically before they expired. Due to the new automated system when you call to the pharmacy it doesn't even know what you're saying. It keeps going sorry you're telling it what you want it gets you nowhere you end up having to leave a voicemail and you have to wait for somebody to call you back you can't get anybody until they call you back why did they change it?
