Thursday evening we had a 6:30 reservation for 4 ppl . We were seated in the bar section which was no problem . There was maybe 6 other tables in the bar . We waited 15 minutes for anyone to even come over to take a drink order . Drinks were delivered 5-7 mins later we were told the specials and then waited another 5-7 minutes to take our order . We ordered mozzarella sticks and pizza for app . Mozzarella sticks came out completely over cooked not one love of cheese in any of them . Sent them back got new ones . Our pizza still at this point didn’t come out . We waited almost 45 mins for our pizza as a app . We waited 1 1/2 for our food to be delivered . Every dinner had a problem. The Balsamic chicken was SO burnt is was black and couldn’t even be cut and also COLD , 2nd dinner was ice cold chicken Marsala , pasta dish kids dish came out completely wrong pasta and was cold . And the last dinner was also cold and 3 of our sides never came out with our meal . One one person ate dinner and was only eaten because we were absolutely starving . Our whole dining experience was completely ruined and we were celebrating a birthday . Our waitress was always no where to be found , she seemed to be more attentive to the regulars that were there for dinner , drinks weren’t refilled we had to wait for her to even come back and check on us to let her know our food was terrible . The manager was very nice and took off the food that wasn’t eaten off our check and offered us desert she was very apologetic and hoped we would come back . Honestly after this experience and horrible food and service I’m Not sure we will be back . I never write bad reviews but nothing about this entire dinner was good except for the pizza we had . We all left hungry and tired from being there almost 2 hours and not even having a meal to eat . Very...

Café Rinaldi in Old Forge Pennsylvania is by far one of the greatest hits of our valley. Old Forge is primarily known for its pizza.

For me I would have to say it is the risotto. We ate there on a Thursday night and the food was fabulous. Our waitress was wonderful! All of our food was served hot and D licious!

Course number one:

Risotto ball flash deep-fried with vodka sauce drizzled over the top!

On a scale of 1 to 10 I will give it a 11.

Next game our dinner salad. It was a dinner salad good salad dressing.

Next onto course number three we had chicken marsala. It was loaded with mushrooms in the sauce was wonderful. They were not stingy on it either. That's one thing I can say about the entire restaurant as they are not stingy on your portions!

Course number four was a side of? Risotto. I don't know how they make there is but it is so satisfying sweet and delicious.

At this point if you had eaten all of your food you would be completely stuffed. The traditional Italian family wants you to be full.

But I paced myself today and had my tiramisu for dessert. Super fluffy super creamy, not too much coffee, just right!

After dinner and dessert coffee is served and your leftovers are professionally wrapped!

I cannot tell you how many restaurants I have eaten at where I may be impressed or disappointed. The value here as well as the food are just amazing, spectacular

Everyone in our party was extremely happy with the food. It is not very often I truly enjoy enjoyed leftovers but you cannot go home here empty-handed!

Give it a try! You won't be...

we went Friday night, sort of busy, fast food service was definitely a plus, quick to have our beverages, asked for an alcoholic beverage menu which we waited 20 minutes still no menu, the appetizers/soup/salads came out and our dinners came out before we got the menus after asking a 2nd time, we sat for another 30 minutes and our server never came back over to see if we wanted an alcoholic beverage... the arancini was good but the vodka sauce was different then usual, had no flavor was flat and bland, figured maybe it was a separate sauce from the dinner pasta vodka, was wrong pasta portion was great but the sauce had an acidic taste wasn't sure if it was a different Parmigiano or the sauce was old but we didn't eat the dinner after our first bite, serve asked if we wanted a box we said no, she handed the check and walked away, didn't ask if there was an issue didn't check up on us, sad thing to say is that the party of 8 or so she went to 9 times and came to us 1 time since the food came out, party of 2 shouldn't be neglected because your worried about a 30$ tip which we might have gave on out 70$ bill but the service was terrible lucky we gave what we gave all she did was give us our regular drinks, busser/food runner took care of the rest...should have tipped them instead. not impressed and the flat salads they serve, like they prepare 20 salads at a time and stack them ontop of each other, 2 cucumbers 2 tomatoes and 5 forks worth of lettuce, deffiently one of the most skimpy salads...

Tough not giving this place 5 stars because the food was really good. If you want really good Italian food then this is a good place to go, however you need to be prepared for a few things 1. Not that big of a deal for me, but the wine list is lacking. Cavit, Woodbridge… I don’t remember the rest but they were all bottom of the shelf. 2. This one really threw me over the edge, to the point where I really don’t think I’ll go back. Most items on the menu are around $20. They had a lobster special for the night, it was our anniversary so I wasn’t really worried about the price, I figured as long as it’s good paying MKT price (which I thought would be south of $50) wouldn’t be that big of a deal. When I got the bill the lobster was $80! And it wasn’t a whole lobster, just the tail. Now I realize that spiny lobsters don’t have claws but for $80 I’d at least expect a cold water lobster. and because my wife wanted gnocchi it was and extra $10. So I spent $90 on lobster tail and pasta. I just felt price gouged. I’m not here to trash the place. It’s been around forever, they have a good product, but $80 for a lobster tail is overstepping.

You Need To Know? Arrived at 530 on a Friday night with reservations. Service was rapid & extremely pleasant. Ordered the chicken & cheese risotto balls, a tray of Old Forge style pizza half meatballs, & manicotti. The risotto balls were absolutely delicious. Wish they would have given more. The manicotti had an amazing red sauce & they gave you 4 of them & was very filling. There pizza was airy & light with a crispy crunchy crust! Very tasty & no need to order Xtra cheese as it is loaded with it. This place is a must eat! Now You Know! -TBH

I wanted some dinner while away for work and found this spot. When I arrived I parked in the private lot. I walked in and sat at the bar. Joey was my bartender/server, and he was great! I ordered the vodka martini, and it was very good. For my meal, I got the shrimp with crab special. It also came with chicken and rice soup, and that was delicious. The shrimp dish was ok. I just needed some additional salt. The bill was affordable, and I had a good experience.
