I ordered my birthday flowers for my mom to be delivered on her birthday I did it online they asked me what state I chose the state they asked me the address gave him all the information and they guaranteed the flowers would be delivered the next day by 5:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. we received a call saying that they were in Pennsylvania and didn't deliver to the state we had listed well then why the hell do you have that option on your website I would give you guys a score of minus 10 - 20 - 30 - 40 if that doesn't tell you how upset I was I don't know what will my mom is old and age and I'm not sure how many more birthdays she'll have and she did not get the flowers that I called and told her she would be receiving and she stayed home all day waiting for them to be delivered shame on you guys...... Lousy customer service a guy was in the background being cocky while I was talking to the woman on the phone rude as hell and I would never do any business with them then when I asked him about a refund because it was taken out of our account they said that I needed to talk to the computer people that I ordered them off of no ma'am trust me it's coming because you are returning my money...
