So I was having issues with my iPhone 11. Brad figured out a way to get Apple to replace it without me having to pay some crazy price for them to fix it, when it was actually an internal issue that was under warranty. I didn’t realize he worked on Apple computers too, he is currently fixing my computer for a FRACTION of what Apple would charge and gets the parts for face value and just charges for the labor and it is incredibly affordable. Brad is super nice as well as Betty, and they are always in contact with you through the process, as well as getting the work done quick! They even came to my house to pick up my computer and drop off my phone! I will never go to the Apple store to get my phone fixed again. I love when I can go with a small business for electronic needs who does not only a better job but does it at a fraction of the price. Brad's IT is a hidden gem! I wish I had known about it sooner. I ended up going to him during the pandemic when I wasn't willing to drive an hour to the closest apple store, I think I found him on Fiveer(?) I am SO glad I did! I will never go back to apple. His prices are almost too fair (I know, hard to believe) and he is extremely prompt. Betty is also extremely helpful and friendly! Since the first time I used Brad's services, I have gone back to him for 4 other tech needs, and my dad has also used him too, and shares my sentiments.
