Waste of time. Scheduled for a transfer from out of town. Had no idea this place was over an hour away. That's not their fault but mine. Here is the problem. I came in for a refill. A woman named Sylvana (or similar) took a quick glance at my lashes and said I would need a full set and she would need no less than one hour and a half. Who is Sylvana? I can tell you, she is not the person I spoke to on the phone. First off, this must be the slowest lash place on the planet. To accompany the first off, secondly it was bogus because it had not been 2 weeks since my previous refill and I had volume. I was pressed for time but I am glad I did not get my lashes done here. Don't say you take transfer clients and then when they arrive say you will do a full set when it is not necessary. I went to another salon and I had an abundance of lashes left to go another week without a fill if I wanted to. If you are looking to transfer, I would not recommend unless you were starting fresh and even then, I think it is a little dishonest to recommend a full set when there were clearly more than 40 lashes per eye still remaining. Please note, I sent a picture of my lashes prior to coming and was told that I had enough for a refill. I gave an extra star only because though I was running behind, they did reschedule me. Very hard to find, no sign on building or door. Man came out and asked if I was waiting for Kelly, I said yes, he turned and walked away. I sat and waited a girl came in handed me a clipboard said "fill out" and turned and walked away. A few minutes later she returned, took the clipboard out of my hands and said "come". I followed her into a room she said "what kind lash you want". I told her what I was looking for, she replied "yes" and patted her hand on the table. I replied do you want me to lay here? I got a head nod. She did not speak a word throughout the session. Then said "done, you pay cash or card? No thank you after payment nothing! The glue she used burns my eyes!!! After 6 days of my eyes constantly burning from the glue, I washed the eyelashes off. I DO NOT recommend this place, way over priced too!! Very rude and unprofessional I get my lash extensions done all the time and never had an experience like this, next time I'll wait for my usual girl to get back from...

In the beginning, I really liked the lashes. My tech Lexa did a good job on my lashes. After a few visits, my lashes started to fall out really quickly and i was charged more for fills. I stopped going back, but gave them one more chance. I saw Victoria for a 2 week fill, and she was very nice and personable, however she charged me for a 5 week fill because that’s when i was last there (I had my lashes filled two weeks prior by someone else and still had so many lashes) and proceeded to tell me she was actually giving me a deal. The lashes were done poorly, they felt almost plasticky and cheap. She also waxed my eyebrows, WHICH I DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING THIS STORE DO. She waxed the same spots of skin MULTIPLE TIMES, literally ripping skin, and applied no aloe or cooling lotion. At one point i told her i couldn’t take the waxing any more and she needed to stop.
