I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent stay at Hard Rock Live Sacramento, checked into Room Number 918 on May 24, 2024, I experienced an unsatisfactory and concerning situation regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Upon using the shower, I discovered a significant amount of hair accumulated in the drain and scattered around the shower area. This was not only unhygienic but also posed a potential safety hazard. The presence of hair can lead to clogged drains, which might cause water to overflow and create slippery conditions, increasing the risk of falls or other accidents.

I chose Hard Rock Live Sacramento for its reputation for quality and high standards of service, so I was quite disappointed to encounter such a basic oversight in room maintenance. Cleanliness and safety are paramount, and I hope you agree that such issues should not be present in any guestroom.

First of all, if this is your first time coming to this place, you might wonder if you're going the right way, and the answer is yes! Heading north on I-5 there’s not much around for a couple of miles, but don’t worry, you’re on the right track. I’ve attended both a concert and a comedy show here, and each time has been a great experience. Entry is fast and easy, and I love how everything merch, food, and seating is conveniently located in one spot. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and patient, whether taking orders or guiding guests to their seats. One staff member even walked us directly to our row instead of just pointing, which I really appreciated. I also noticed other staff members doing the same, which speaks volumes about their service. 6/17/23 Diana Ross, The show was everything I was hoping for, she delivered. Song after song was brilliant. Her band was top-notch, grade A+ musicians,and vocalist.The venue is well appointed with great bar/ concessions.
