Im writting the review to talk about my experience with Pro Service Motorsports Located in Oliver Springs, Tn. First let me start by saying the Ladies who work in the front are excellent. They are respectful each time they answer the phone and very help. On other hand lets talk about Tim. I took my Honda 450R in Late June for Tim to do a Oil change, Fluids and Barons. Will this work was being done Tim called and said that it need Crank Gears because it was having trouble Starting( Which I notice as well as I bought the quad 24 hrs before dropping off with Tim). A few days later Tim gave me a call and said that I would need the gears and it will run me around $600 parts and Labor. I contact the guy I got it from and he sent me pictures of receipt and purchase of the parts and when they was replaced less than a month ago(Hey stuff defaults I understand) I proceeded to send Tim the picture of the receipt of the purchase. I simply asked: Is the part you saying that I need because the guy said he fixed that. I only asked to I can go back to the guy and say this isnt what he is talking about or what. Tim got upset like I was going against his Judgement. Telling me I have a business to run and I cant go putting in cheap Parts. At that time he told me I will ask some of my buddies and see what I could put in there for a cheaper price for me. From that point on I didnt get any calls or get Tim to come to the phone. He was either out or busy with a customer. I was told numerous times he will call you back. Now its mid July, I called down there and got Meg. She said to me I have told Tim to call you back. I dont know why he havent done so. I explain to Meg, that Tim told me he was much of a business he could use cheap parts. But he cant call a customer back and its been a month waiting for parts and get the quad done. I have Text message and phone records to prove every call that was made and the numerous of reach outs. I promise that Tim cannot do the same. I Told Meg that im just going to come down there and talk to Tim. Finally he calls me saying that "See now I was going to hook you up with another part and help with cost. But now you going to get nasty with my employee I dont want to do anything for you. I quick escalated the situation and told him. I have done nothing buy yes mam and no mam that girl(Meg) and I know she is way younger to me. I 2 girls at home and 100's of girl who play in my Elite basketball program. I dont disrespect no woman!!!! So the next morning I called back down there and apologize to Meg if she felt and anyway I was upset with you I wasnt. And Im sorry if I made you feel that way in any shape of form. So me and Tim got passed that and he gave me a update on my quad. Fast Forward: 1 wk or so later I call down and ask about my quad and I was told it was done. My total price was $776.42(Which I have receipt pictured). I paid he pulled the quad around which was running. I load it on the trailer and went home to prepare go for a ride in the morning. Since my quad has been in the shop for nearly 2 months. Fast forward to next morning. Get to Riding spot and unload quad. Ride up the mountains 20 mins. Quad shots of go to start and makes the awfuls rattling, grinding sound. I immediately call the shop Meg tells me that Tim is out on a test ride and she will have him call me right away. I told her im very upset. We proceed to tow the quad back I load it on the trailer and took it straight to Tim. I ask him to come outside and said Listen. I instantly said that is the gears it threw them. Man I don't understand, Ill throw some more in them(Augth). So because of the Length of the first time I gave him time before I start calling. Called after 2 wks still waiting on parts. Called the next week I was told he was waiting on gasket,( Not by Tim). Finally I was told I believe her Name is Leanne(very sweet Lady). to be cont with...
Read moreI highly recommend this business! We were in Tennessee almost 2 months ago and we were riding the trials at Windrock in our Jeep. We heard a noise in between trails and pull over and realized our break caliber had came lose on the rear passenger tire. The brake pad and bolts had fallen out. If we had drove just a little further the whole caliber would've came off. We are from Florida and the Jeep was our only transportation. We went to this Motorsports store and told the owner what we needed. We needed new bolts to reattach the caliber. He was very nice and professional and went to look in his stock. He found exactly what we needed. They sold us the bolt sand we were on our way. In the future, should other problems arise we will definitely...
Read moreGot our brand new machine stuck in the hills of Wind Rock Park with a broken ball joint after having it less than a week. For some reason Polaris changed the ball joint size and type on the 2021 Ranger and don't carry the parts at the majority of the Polaris dealership service departments. Seeing as the part could only be located at a Polaris dealership in Alabama, Timmy and his team allowed us to get the part shipped to his shop, lent us some tools to work on the machine, and also fabricated a tap into our broken ball joint so that it would hold to get the machine off the mountain so that the proper parts could be installed upon having them shipped overnight. I highly recommend this business if you want knowledgeable and...
