I purchased a van here a year ago and when it came time to sell it, I contacted Alan Arthur about a buyback program. He said he would get with the folks in Ohio to come up with an offer. He came back with a very reasonable, fair offer with no pressure to complete the new vehicle purchase. Purchased a van the end of January. Had some issues. They attempted to fix door not closing right. Still doesn’t. The windows didn’t go up when cold. They did fix that. Now it’s warm out and the darn air conditioner is not working. Feel We paid 10k for the van, the ac should work. Now I have to find money to fix. Not happy.
