Poop Deck Bar — Restaurant in Omaha

Nuzzled right off the interstate off 60th st. We found the Poop Deck. Curious of the name we stepped in to check it out. Walking in it was dark and cool (which was amazing on a hot summer day) but very lively. The bartender greeted us promptly and with a smile. My boyfriend and I ordered our drinks and because it was happy hour we got these “pickle cards” which offered “full price, half price or $1.00 price” for your drinks which I thought was super cool. This place came highly recommended by my co-workers. However, within half an hour of being here I was assaulted by a patron using racial slurs and threats of physical violence. This all was in plain sight of staff who did not even ask the person to leave. In my experience, ignoring generally means agency. I will not return to this establishment and will continue to advise other POC that we are not welcomed here. Shameful in this...
