Burgess Health Center — Local services in Onawa

My first time at Burgess via 🚑 for chest pain. The staff was amazing. They got slammed about the same time but someone was always checking in on me and making sure I was up to speed on a plan. I was an anxious mess but they never judged me and kept my husband in the loop with everything. I ended up being transported out to Council Bluffs but they did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and felt as safe as possible. Hands down the best care I've ever received from an ED staff....

I am sorry I thought it was Missouri valley hospital that I was answering the survey for. Instead it was the physical therapy dept that my gf goes to. You guys deserve all the stars I can give.
