My wife and I were very impressed with how fast we were assisted as we came into the store. The store manager, Jo, greeted us with a smile and after pleasant conversation began to find out what we needed. She took us to the counter and as I had so many questions but she answered every one of them and it was obvious that she had a great knowledge of phones. After taking the time to find out what features I wanted from a new phone she showed me a phone that was most tailored to my needs. The data transfer from my old phone went so fast and ALL of pictures..texts and phone book were intact on the new phone. She also made sure the phone had insurance and explained details of how it works. Jo also help me pick out a case and put in on as well as screen protector. The whole experience was very pleasant and it's refreshing to see this level of professionalism and friendliness! I shop in many places and those stores don't provide even half of the service I enjoyed at this store. I look forward to going back to this store for accessories and new phones in the future. UPDATE ON FEB 17 2023..We came back to this store and purchased a Galaxy S23 and the service was again excellent!! Joanne was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. Read moreJo and Stefanie are the best. Mike and I spent hours at the Apple Store in Omaha. Mikes with a phone issue and me with 2 IPads each having separate issues. With Mikes phone it kept asking for an old ID. The guys at the Apple Store said there was nothing that could be done to correct this. The Verizon store in Onawa redownloaded the apps with a new Apple ID and now it works perfectly. With my IPad they told me that the newer one was shot and to throw it away. So they did with my approval. The older IPad had a change in a user from someone that borrowed it from me and he forgot the password. The Guys at the Omaha Apple Store said that they couldn’t fix it. I brought it to the Verizon store in Onawa and they connected it to iTunes to force an update. Guess what I’m able to use it once again.
