Save A Lot — Local services in Oneida

Best fresh meat in town, good variety of wholesome food, good prices, only 1 problem, when I went through the check out line no one noticed me, because I'm in a wheelchair I was over looked & after waiting a few minutes I got mad & just left the stuff at the check out & left the store, to me it was an insult.... They need to pay attention better at the check out line 😕 I probably could have just took the food with me but I left it laying there.... Save A Lot has comparable prices to the other stores in the area. Canned goods, Dry Pantry items, many produce items and most meat selections can rival the other stores price wise. The prices of dairy seem to be more than most other places. I recognize that this is probably due the inability to purchase product on the same mass scale as their biggest "competitor" in the county. I havent done an actual cost comparison because frankly I dont have that kind of time usually. I enjoy the people here and the friendly attitude. I like that I dont have to walk a mile to get the item Im in there to get. I would like to see more gluten free options. (But Id like that...

I used to shop at savealot but had two bad experieces lately at the store in oneida tn an elderly women targeted and harrassed as well as assaulted me on two different visits to the store and the store allows this even though this same eldery woman attacked and pulled the cashiers hair on a different occasion i was later told about this by another cashier but that was not my last straw that was the day a rude cashier screamed at me that if i didn't want my milk in a bag i should have told her i said that's it and haven't been back since... and this is to let everyone know that savealot does not provide a safe place to...
