Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oneida

I went to pick up pizza tonight. I checked the boxes and one pizza was wrong. It took 20 minutes for that to be fixed. I’m not sure what was going on but everyone seemed they were having a bad day. I understand everyone has a bad day but that cook did not need to be rude to the servers for her mess ups. Then I drove home 30 min away for 3 of our 4 pizzas not cooked all the way. I have never had this many issues in the past and seems I wasn’t the only one having issues with their orders today as I waited another family was checking out and had problems with their order. Then another person picked up her order and her two cups of ranch were missing. I really hope this doesn’t happen again. I’m giving this place 1 stars. I was visiting from out of town for Christmas vacation with my boyfriend. Visiting his family. One night his sister was going to order pizza. While I was paying. The person who answer the phone said that they don’t deliver due the being over distance. Really! Im currently allergic to garlic items at Pizza Hut. But I was order for my boyfriend, and his family to enjoy Chris vacation. After driving 8-9 hours from Maryland. Then you offer to met half way. Just drive the full distance. The food is usually pretty good, but tonight (as well as a couple other times during the past few months) the pizza was so bad that we threw most of it out. We paid for extra bacon, but only half of the pizza even had any bacon at all and that wasn't much. They forgot to add "Hut favorite" seasoning we ordered and the crust was still white and not fully cooked. Luckily we ordered wings and breadsticks and they turned out fine.
