I recently had a disappointing experience with Side Action Apparel that I feel compelled to share. Despite their claims of being "inspired by those who protect," their business practices suggest otherwise.
I placed an order for five shirts, totaling $144.10, but to my dismay, I only received two shirts. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact their customer service for a return label and a refund, but my emails have gone unanswered. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, especially when a company fails to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.
The lack of communication and support from Side Action Apparel raises serious concerns about their reliability and integrity as a business. I advise potential customers to think twice before making a purchase from them. Based on my experience, it seems that they are more focused on promoting their brand than on providing quality service to their customers.
In conclusion, I would recommend avoiding Side Action Apparel at all costs. It's essential to support businesses that value their customers and adhere to ethical practices. Update I would like to retract my previous review of Side Action Apparel. After initially expressing my frustrations, I had the opportunity to connect with Max, who truly demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction.
Max reached out to address all the issues I faced with my order, and he followed through on every promise he made. It’s clear that he values his customers and is dedicated to resolving any concerns.
I appreciate the effort he put into making things right, and it has changed my perspective on the company. Thank you, Max, for your integrity and support! I now feel confident in recommending Side...
Read moreIf I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an order with them on Dec. 6th and still haven’t received anything. I was given excuses of “were a small business trying to keep up” and “the shirts were out of stock and need to be printed”. Soo update your inventory online and hire more people? Or stop working a full time job when you’re trying to run a business you clearly don’t have time for? Don’t run promotions you can’t fulfill? Then I’m told that they miraculously fulfilled my order and shipped it out on the 18th and it should be to me by Christmas Eve. I check tracking on the 22nd to see that only a shipping label was created and USPS is waiting to receive the package. Then I’m told it “must’ve been lost”. I could literally drive to the warehouse which is only a short drive away to pick up my items. It shouldn’t take more than 2 days to get to me if it was actually sent to the post office. Very simple to not give customers a shitty experience yet this small business takes pride in making sure that’s the very first experience you get with them. It’s sad because my boyfriend is a vet and I was so excited to get him some of this merch for Christmas. Merry Christmas I guess, thanks for nothing...
Read moreI paid $90 for three shirts through Side Action Apparel for my brother's birthday. The first shipment never even went out. Then, I received a tracking number that showed my shipment was in California when I'm in Alabama. Then, my order was "delivered," but I never received a single item. I hate this company. I reached out and they never once tried to fix this problem. Now, I am out $90 and have no shirts. My bank won't refund me, USPS won't refund me, Side Action Apparel no longer answers my emails. This company is horrible, the customer service is atrocious. If you guys would just give me my money back, I would delete this review. But since you can't help your customers, I want to make sure that everyone knows just how unreliable you can be. Farewell and I wish you well, enjoy my $90 from someone who barely has enough money to get by. I simply wanted to do something nice for my brother,...
