This place is not fancy. This place is crowded, lacks adequate parking, and is a bit run down. That said, this place is full of love 💕. This is a tiny, independent mobile home park where the majority of the homees are single wide. The residents are mostly families ranging from those with young children all the way up to the elderly. Everyone smiles at you and the air is often filled with the laughter of children as they play. A God sent blessing to those with very limited incomes, the pricing here is the lowest around... They rarely have an opening as the residents are pretty much here to stay. The owners are pretty good about maintenance and repair and everyone...

I called about any rental units available and told there was no sub-leasing , was also informed about some mobile homes for sale and was told I can come and see them and if owners are there can talk to them...Manager was surprisingly very friendly and very professional and respectful, its a smaller park and very, affordable rent....I went to go see space #30....owner is outrages and the owner is an idiot, he's asking around 60,000$ for something that's worth 28-30,000....It's a good park a bit small but management makes a HUGE difference.....thank...
