Back Bay Condominium Resort — Local services in Orange Beach

Back Bay Condominiums is one of my favorite condos and is a beautiful building with a laid-back atmosphere! The grounds are exceptional with a large pool and nice boat facilities, while the owners are very kind. On-site real estate manager Nancy Leonard is a sweet lady with lots of knowledge on Back Bay! The condo was designed by John Senkarik in 1984--who also designed all of the famous Phoenix condos along the beach--and with 2 and 3 bedroom units, Back Bay can fit the whole family! These condos were beautiful! They sit on the bay, have gorgeous views, and some with full amenities. The pool was an interesting design, and our kids LOVED swimming in it.

Lost a star because: We subleted our weekend from an independent realtor, so I don't know who's to blame, but the lock on our unit did NOT work. We tried to contact several people and never heard back. We decided to stay since the parking lot gates required a code/electronic opener, but it's still scary to think about! Guy downstairs is no help was told to come back the next morning for parking passes woke up to notes on cars. Can't do anything by the pool kids can't even have a good time old lady with cane told them they were being "loud" and she doesn't even work there.
