My wife and I drive from an hour away every month or so to stock up. I’ve got a background in meat processing and butchering, so it’s a pleasure to patronize someone at the top of their craft. What I appreciate the most about Woudstra’s is that they carry a fantastic selection of old world sausages and other processed meats. It’s hard to find a good metwurst in the states. Also, they have saucijsjes and other Dutch treats, like hagelslag! And as I recall, I’ve seen krokets too. Now if I could just find some bamischijf, it would be like I never left Noord Brabant!
