Okay I'm going to go ahead and give you three stars because my clothes were clean and your place was clean so good job on having a clean laundry mat. I have one bit of advice for you stop lurking over your customers and checking their washers and checking their clothes and how much they put in the washer and acting like they don't know what they're doing people that go to laundromats pretty much have been going to laundromats for a long time and they know what they're doing especially women I find it very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. You have a great laundry mat you just have to change how you approach people you don't need to be all up in there business and you nickel and dime the customer so bad I don't even want to come back 50 cents for the restroom a dollar for the card you telling me how much money I need to dry I just found it very very weird and uncomfortable so don't take this to a fence just try to change a little bit and your place will probably get more people in there and you'll make more money when you stop hovering over your customers I believe all the reviews that are real are the ones that are critiquing you there is no way all those five stars are real I believe those are relatives or you pay them to do it maybe 50% of them are real there's no way those were all real just own it. I'm not sure if I'll be back only because there's other ones out there and you don't need to be checking the people's washers before they press start you micromanage your customers way too much. So that's why you're getting three stars cuz I do have a heart and I do weigh it out there's more positives than negatives just the one negative is really bad negative so you might want to look at yourself and see what you can do to change because your place is clean trust...
Read moreOk so the place is nice but it was a complete JOKE!!!!! My dryer broke on a Sunday evening, all my pants for my work week and my 4 year old son’s pants and warmer shirts were wet. I had done my laundry at home going along thinking my dryer was working. When I discovered it broke this placed had great reviews and was close and I will give it that. However, the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! The rude woman that worked there did not have an ounce of sympathy that I had 3 loads of wet clothes, a dryer that just broke, a 4 year old with me and that I needed to pick up my foster daughter in less than 2 hours. I pleaded with her but because “I didn’t wash my clothes there I couldn’t dry them there”. She said “rules are rules”, I said I understand but exceptions can be made. She said “yes but if I make If for you then I have to make them for everyone”. I have NEVER in my life heard of anything so ridiculous, not being able to dry my clothes when I was more than willing to pay for the service. I still do not think I understand why, but all I know is it was completely rude and unsympathetic of her. We all need to learn to be kind to one another and know that crappy things happen and rules CAN be bent, especially lame ones like this. I do not recommend this place only for their greediness and the nasty rude women that works there that obviously hates her job. That’s right she does work in a...

This weekend our dryer broke down, my family is in the process of purchasing a new one. However, a broken dryer means wet clothes. Desperate to finish my laundry before work on Monday, I looked up the closest laundromat, packed my damp jeans and boxers in my truck, and drove to Lighthouse Laundromat.
I walked in and got a laundry card, and proceeded to put a load into two dryers. Suddenly, I was accosted by the proprietor who brusquely informed me that drying only was not permitted and that I'd need to take my clothes elsewhere.
I was flabbergasted.
Turning away any business is not a smart move for a small company to make, so I dumbly asked "Are you sure?" I realize now that it was a stupid question, but I was so dumbfounded I didn't know what else to say.
After the proprietor explained that she wouldn't even refund me, I unloaded my heavy, wet clothes and took my money elsewhere. There are at least three different laundromats within a mile that don't have ridiculous rules, and would never turn away a paying customer.
TL;DR. Take your clothes elsewhere. You don't want to pay 7.50 a load for terrible service with an...
