
This is a great gym and I enjoy going here. Their music is great and the staff is beyond awesome.
Jeff was training me before they had opened the gym and I was improving weekly. I was breaking all my PRs and once their gym opened I started improving even more. This gym is great for weightlifters, powerlifters and even people who want more of a class setting. They accommodate everyone of different backgrounds in fitness.
There is always a coach in the gym that will answer any questions you have and is willing to watch your form. I have a herniated disk and working with both Adam and Jeff I've been able to do deadlifts and back squats without an major problems. Adam, Jeff and the rest of the staff are very knowledgable in the field of fitness, especially when it comes to powerlifting and weightlifting. I am always asking question and it's great to learn from them.

Read moreI've been wanting to do olympic weightlifting for years. I've tried it at crossfit classes and sucked at it. After gyms started reopening, I found this hidden gem after searching on yelp. Luckily, I was just in time for the weightlifting fundamentals class which I highly recommend. Coach Jared was awesome. He's patient and showed great expertise. Not only did he get me comfortable with the lifts, he was able to diagnose various aches and pains that I had from other activities like basketball and was able to suggest remedies.
