Since my original post was removed and no replied and apologized for her lack of professionalism; I decided to repost!!! Visit this location on 08/23/24 @ 11:15 AM; on line waiting to be checked out at register #3 with an elderly African American cashier with short curly hair (Ms. Shirley). I placed my item on register and while taking my cash out I placed cash on top on my item in order for me to put my wallet back in my purse, the cashier removed my cash and placed it on the counter then proceed to scanning my item and gave me my total. She waited for me to picked the money back off the counter in which she removed and replaced off item just so that I would place the money in her hand. Had she had patient to wait my intention was to place my wallet back in purse then hand her the money in her hand. She then gave me a funny and dirty looks where as the customer next in line reacted to her stating "its too early for this" and she's agreeing with the man. Read moreI am a salvation army volunteer and i was told not to help the elderly and disabled customers by a manager i was just trying to be helpful and nice and have a little Christmas spirit i never not once asked any customers for anything in return i felt as though the way she acted on it and worded it was offensive and im pretty sure the owner pf this company wouldnt have minded me helping the customers i mean the lady was disabled having a hard time getting out the car maybe im just old fashioned or maybe they should treat customers alittle better this used to be my favorite store to ring at and shop in but i will be finding another store after this incident the customers are what brings in her paycheck and she should be more compassionate dark haired with glasses steer clear of...
Read moreMy mother left her phone in a shopping cart here. A gentleman in the parking lot noticed the phone in the shopping cart. He took it inside to the store manager. My mother very quickly noticed that her phone was gone and went back to the Piggly Wiggly. As soon as you spoke to the manager, he told her that one of the little assistant managers to Work lyrics had given the phone to a black woman who came in and said it was hers. The little store clerk didn't ask the black woman to unlock the phone or do anything to verify that it was hers. So we filed a police report and got the phone back through the police.
