I consider myself a hot sauce connoisseur and I have tried more than 1000 sauces over the years from mild to capsaicin extract so when I say these sauces are top tier it's the truth. The Chipotle habanero is my new go-to, it has an incredible smoky flavor and provides a good heat while still being balanced enough to drown stuff in it, and I promise you will. On the other end of the spectrum, the "Oh yes he did!" Carolina reaper sauce truly stands out among other "reaper" sauces. Most reaper sauces are heavily diluted but not this one, no sir, I underestimated it and it felt like my scalp was trying to crawl away. It was like I was a MAPP gas breathing dragon. My nose started running so much I thought my darn brain was going to fall out. You could take a whole box of sudafed and still not even come close to that level of nasal or mental clarity. A novice would have turned red as a beet and perished on the spot so dont go dousing your food in it just because you tried some ghost pepper chicken fries from burger king one time. I was lucky enough to find them at the Grand Junction Farmer’s Market and was drawn in by the spicy chow-chow (or relish, for those not from the South 😂).
