I was looking for a jewelry store that did on site repairs & sizing because I was not willing to leave or send out my jewelry. I initially called & spoke to Rula who was so pleasant to speak to. The next day I went in & Lana welcomed me while Rula was taking a phone call. These two ladies were just wonderful! They have great personalities and really care about you being happy with the results. Archie is the guy who makes the magic happen with your precious pieces of jewelry. I can not even explain how happy I was with the results. I had brought in a few rings that needed a variety of things and the results did not disapoint - flawless is the best description. Where do I begin? My fiancé and I walked into LaBelle jewelers on a whim to verify his ring size. He fell in love with a ring there from a catalog, and Rulla and her staff were able to order his size and get it for him really quickly! We also took his grandfathers ring to Rulla to see if anything could be done to give it new life. It was battered and the diamonds were loose. The ring we picked up a few days later was unrecognizable!!! It looks brand new and it now truly an heirloom piece. After seeing the quality of the craftsmanship, I decided to have Rulla and her team custom make my wedding band to match my engagement ring which was purchased elsewhere. I picked it up today, and it is absolute perfection. Finally, we removed a diamond from my grandmothers ring and Rulla helped me pick out a setting and a chain to make a pendant for my wedding.
