Employee wasnt wearing shoes, even admitted that she didnt have her shoes on, and she was extremely rude telling us that she'll have to kick us out because they were suppose to close their doors at 10, and I quote: "are you guys eating it now or do you need a bag because I'm gonna have to kick you out, we were suppose to lock our doors at 10".... when there are two other girls sitting in there that werent kicked out?? And it was 10:33 and the doors werent locked?? Also, most of there flavors of ice cream were in the wrong spot and not labeled probably and I wanted peanut butter chocolate ice cream and it wasnt that, it was some jamaican almond thing, but it was labeled as peanut butter chocolate.

Very poor service. Employees barely speak English. Ordered a Reese’s sunday, the employee obviously didn’t know how to make it, tried to look it up in the book, couldn’t find it, so kept looking at the picture to make it. Asked for it without whip cream, put whipped cream on it. Now eating it I realize that it is not even Reese’s ice cream, but snickers. While there, multiple other customers walked in and out unhappy. Will not be coming...
