Açaí Express Lake Nona — Local services in Orlando

This is my second time visiting this place and I’m definitely not impressed now. I go in and order nicely what I wanted. I simply asked for the açaí part of the bowl to be blended. The girl taking my order wasn’t understanding what I was trying to say and so she ended up ringing up two items when I simply asked for one açaí bowl. Then she told me my total which is where I got confused because she told me my total was $35 when 1 medium açaí bowl is listed as $16 which is what i ordered. I’m very upset with the way the girl taking my order handled this situation. Because after my concern about the total I simply asked why my total was $35. She then proceeded to argue with me and gave me an attitude. Then my friend ordered and her whole attitude changed. She didn’t ask me the same questions like my name or if I wanted it for here or Togo. I understand if you’re new and get confused but there’s no reason for disrespect over something so little. I’ve visited this place twice now and will no longer be giving them a third chance. 1st visit I had a Nutella frappe and it didn’t taste good at all. It had a distinct aftertaste, almost like diluted Nutella mixed with powdered milk and water. Despite that, I decided to give them a second chance.
