Wawa — Restaurant in Orlando

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Maggie at this Wawa. Tonight, I found myself in a situation where I needed milk for my daughter well beyond curbside hours. At 10:50pm, Despite the inconvenience, Maggie picked up the phone and not only took my order over the phone but personally delivered the milk to my car, displaying exceptional kindness and professionalism.

Her willingness to go above and beyond reflects positively on Wawa's commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe Maggie's exceptional service deserves recognition, and I kindly request that she be acknowledged for her outstanding contributions to creating a memorable and positive experience for your customers.

I have gotten the French toast 2 times, with bacon.. hard as a rock.. the bacon, idk what that was bc it's not bacon.. I got the waffle that was hard as a rock too just terrible.. I ordered a BLT sub used to get them all the time they were great.. ordered one the other day and I got the bacon, lettece, no mayonnaise, no salt and pepper.. and no tomato.. I thought BLT stood for bacon lettuce tomato.. but I could be wrong.. lol.. and over by the lottery machine, there is a lot of used lottery tickets underneath the beer and behind the beer and you can tell that they have been there for a long time.. it's just not as clean as it was, and the service has went down hill, no one smiles.. they only have 1 cashier at all times.. they have four registers and one cashier, now does that make sense.. and the food has gotten awful.. I'm sorry, but y'all need to get...

I was just in this store, kudos to the young woman who made my smoothie. There was at least 12 people in line she hopped over helped the cashier,then took the other customers including myself on the next register,she says to me i will be right over to make that for you we are short staffed,she came over after clearing the line,made me a lil extra on my order for waiting,which she didn’t have to do because she handled that situation perfectly,and told me that I would have to wait,very professional.sorry don’t know her name,but she was wearing glasses, she needs to be recognized for her...
