Executive Housing Strategies — Local services in Orlando

This was a big mistake and i fell for this scam due to the beautiful five star google reviews. I should have know that Google is not answer to everything i should have read some other reviews too like Yelp. This company is totally not interested in putting any effort in putting your property on rent but just want to snatch whatever they can from you promising they will make it worth and you will have your return on investment in less than a month. I was contacted some months back asking to give my Hilton Vaction rental to them to be rented out at a one time cost of about 3000+ dollars initially i was wary but reading the reviews i purchased this. Later i decided i dont think i should put so much money into this and should cancel my purchase so then when i called they kept convincing me that i am making a big mistake and will loose chance to make my property return good returns. This is their marketing strategy that they will say there is a medical convention or some kind of seminar going to happen where your property is located and it's high in demand and they will try to rush you into buying into a deal with them. They will also promise things like that if they can't get your property rented out within two months you will get 7 nights stay or Cruise . But all those are just lies. So i finally got tricked by them but good thing was seeing my interest to cancel my purchase they discounted me and finally charged me around 1000 dollars. Atleast i didn't loose that much. But since that day i haven't heard from them.

I have been calling them every week asking for updates by leaving voice mails. I can never reach them. Their business phone number is always set to be voice message no matter what time during the normal business hours you call. There is no one to answer the call.They don't even call me back i think since they listed to my voice message and know they have nothing to say. There's no way to reach them and I have no idea what's going on. This is totally a Scam! So spare yourself from getting into buying anything from them and do not even waste even a dollar of your hard earned money on them as they are all just fake and out there to rip money out of your pockets with no interest into helping you make anything back from...

I used Executive Housing Strategies back in September of last year. I was having issues getting out to use my points on my timeshare and was looking to rent it out. They told me they usually get an offer after 3 months. 3months later and no rentals I thought it might just be covid so I gave it more time. It’s now June and I am approaching the limit of my money back guarantee . I sent in all the info in an email 3 times now and have tried calling consistently throughout the day and can’t get an answer at all. My next thing is to drive all the way down to Orlando which I really don’t want to do. After that it’s court which I also don’t want to do. This has been the most unreliable...

CAUTION!! They left me voicemail almost everyday trying to get me to list my Wyndham property with them. They don't make a normal call, they go straight to voicemail and leave a message almost everyday. On the few occasions they haven't gone straight to voicemail, they pretend to have a local phone number to get you to answer. In other words, they start out the whole thing with a LIE!

When I did answer, I complained about their methods. The guy said he was sorry, it was just a courtesy to see blah, blah, blah. When I questioned him about how that can be courteous to me, he hung up on me.
