Here to add my first ever fast chinese food review. I’ve gone to this place for the past 8 years on and off. This was my first time back in probably a year.

I totally forgot why- I read the reviews a while ago and forgot everyone said how horrible the food is. Well, I learned the hard way.

The rice was literally disgusting. I don’t eat pork and after my first two bites, I started looking to see if there was any pork because I was confused on why it tasted so gross.

I called and asked to come in for a refund, in which the manager said yes. I came in, and the same cashier that gave me my order in the first place wouldn’t give me a refund. She said the people answering phone calls are online… whatever that means?? Mind you she doesn’t speak English so she had to google translate back and forth on why she WONT give me a refund because I didn’t have a receipt, despite what the gentleman told me on the phone.

Just to add, I got boba there a couple months ago- 1 size that was tiny and expensive.

Do yourself a favor- eat literally...

I have been going to this place for years. I order the same thing every single time. Honey chicken and lomein. I come after new management comes in- I order and do pick up- takes them an extra 20 minutes to get my order cooked. They ensure me my order is ready- I get home and open the bag to find honey bbq bone in wings and the most bland brown noodles with zero sauce or flavor I have ever tasted. I have been going here for ten years.. I order the same thing every time. I call to get a refund and they said i had to come in with my food and return it and give them my card to refund it. I’m back at home working at my desk unable to get there with how much time I have left for my breaks. I told him I can’t and since they messed up the order they should refund me. He told he would not refund me. I told him that my allegiance to this restaurant was over. This is not a Chinese takeout- it’s a Spanish family owned business and they know nothing what they are doing. Do not eat here. Their food is over priced...

I ordered a chicken wing combo with shrimp fried rice & two shrimp egg rolls. The chicken wings were all fried too long, barely edible. The “shrimp fried rice” was dry YELLOW rice, no egg, onion, and a literally handful of random veggies. I requested and paid for extra veggies. The rice itself again was not fried, just dry. Thanks for the two packs of soy sauce that were not help as well. Luckily, I bit into my egg roll before driving off, only to realize there was NO shrimp at all. Just filled with soggy cabbage & mushroom??? I went back into address this & thankfully was given back my money for 1/2 egg rolls, but was also told the egg rolls only come with two pieces (aka 1 shrimp cut into 2.) I definitely wouldn’t have ordered this at all if I knew before hand. I suggest the restaurant list the ingredients and details of each meal item on their menu/website. This was my first & last time as a customer. Very...
