Jurassic Villa — Local services in Orlando

This is my first night here, and I'm already dealing with roaches! The kitchen is completely infested with German cockroaches, and I’m hesitant to unpack, cook, or place ANYTHING in this kitchen. Shoot anywhere in this house actually because if they’re in one spot, trust they’re roaming elsewhere. It’s very unpleasant and unsanitary and not enough raid provided to resolve this issue. It’s sad I’m out here buying supplies for roaches, should be ashamed. The old, rusted vents and uncovered light fixtures are just inviting them in. the roaches are having a field day up there. Update: took a shower and no hot water. It’s a nightmare! 7/13/24: correspondence after informing the host of our concerns. I guess we should look for a true 4 or 5 star hotel because clearly they think roaches are acceptable living conditions. Told on the phone we would be provided a full refund, but because there is only 2 roaches in the video submitted its doesn’t suffice anymore and we were kicked out immediately instead of them hearing my concern and fixing things. Had a great last-minute stay at Jurassic Villa with my sister for our Universal Studios trip. Our original Airbnb got canceled due to maintenance issues, but luckily, we found Jurassic Villa quickly. The house's simple charm, handy amenities, and quiet neighborhood made it comfy. Tony and co-host Eli were friendly and responsive.
