TRAVIS Disrespectful La fitness employee wow wow im visiting from los angeles im in fitness and bodybuilding game since 33 years and workd training lots of bodybuilders and IFBB Pro I came in today early morning to have my training session starting my vacation in orland the beutifull orlando from los angeles and clocked in to my LA Fitness gym as always front dest Jalisa scaned my membership and after almost 30 minutes training I saw a extra charge on my account doe $10...... after i finish my training came to the front desk asked why the extra charge Jalisa explained to me and Travis jumped in as employee not a manger with his bad morning attitude and said you have to read your contract with LA Fitness and so and so Thats a Bad service BAD Service Do disappointed i came on my vacation starting my day and my morning and I have that attitude wow not for me guys thats not acceptable at all you have to work on your customer service more guys LA fitness mangers please update your employees with a good energy and positive attitude Thats bad service Bad front dest The guy named by ..TRAVIS . so rude talking to me raising his voice I was explaining my point that when there's an extra charge on my account la fitness location front desk REP will notify me AT THE POIN you will be charged $10 fee's then as a customer visiting from outside the state i will decide if I agree or not OK not charging me without my consent & most important thing. Guys notify your customer before stepping in the gym, that's why you're scanning the barcode right .At, the front disk, At the Point first second be professional and polite and don't raise your voice. We are a human being Mr TRAVIS lear manners learn about customer service you are working For LA FITNESS and you are reflecting the worst service your not a manager and it wasn't a pleasant talking to you in the morning I would like your manager to contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Please. this customer service not exsiptebil at all i have been all over los angeles and outside the state all gyms and different kind of Gyms golds gym venice beach equinox gym and 24 fitness power housegym I never had had a disrespectful employee talking to me like that please LA fitnessi never had disrespectful employee talking to me that way be respectful Mr Travis you shouldn't work at the front desk at all you dont qualify to be at the service department at all i mean at all that's not acceptable Mr manger please take care of la fitness reputation in a professional way by hiring best good energy welcoming front desk employees. If I could give them a 0 I would Today my husband and I went to this gym on Michigan rd , we usually go to the one on goldenrod but since it was close due to the hurricane we went to this one , we brought our little baby with us he's 7 months old and left him in the daycare for about one hour . Then they call me and told me that they needed me in kids care and when I got there to check on my baby he was extremely crying so when this lady that was there gave me my baby back she said to me "that my baby was crying because of the heat in the room " and then she added "oh and by the way a few minutes ago your baby fell and bump his head" . I was shocked the way she explained to me she was so calm like nothing happened here of course cause is not your baby! So she said I put the baby on the table for just two seconds so I could grabbed the other baby that was crying on the floor and then he fell and landed on a chair that was there cause if not it would have been worst than a bump on his head . So what got me so upset is the fact that this person waits until the last minute to call me and then say that he's crying because of the heat ? When he was obviously crying because of the bump on his head and then the manager there at first said that he wasn't the head manager ? That he was the second in charged and that LA FITNESS policy for the daycare was 10 kids per person , like seriously 10 kids per per one person?? ..... when we got there they had 7 more kids with mine and this lady was very neglected to leave my baby unsupervised on a table a 7 month old baby , he's only learning how to sit down , he's just a baby!! They should not have only one person per ten kids!!! When we go to the one on goldenrod they always have two persons there no matter the amount of kids...

Wed. Dec., 6, 2023 I was sitting in my wheelchair at Lake Eola watching a buff African American looking male with dred locks and a hispanic-looking young lady with black curly hair handing everyone they met a free THREE DAY PASS to their gym. To my shock and horror, they walked right PASS me without even a nod. I scooted over to them and said, "I'm looking for a new gym. I work out in the pool and jacuzzi. What you just did is called. DISCRIMINATION!" He said, "do you see me smiling? I'm not gonna let you ruin my day." Incredulous, I said , "I'm member of a gym in a different city l've been looking for a new one. (The stout caucasion looking guy with black hair at 24 hr fitness METRO WEST is too lazy to charge the battery to the jacuzzi seat; I'm tired of him and guests having to pull me out to my wheelchair after I sit and scoot in!) I said, "what gym is this and where are you?" He said it was ESPORTA FITNESS on CONWAY. (Mind you, he never stopped walking as he did to speak with others!) I wanted to know who the manager was. He said, "I am." (I was shocked.) Who is your boss? He explained a Mr. Welch? just passed away. He wanted to know who would be sending the checks. Finally, he handed me a flyer with commentary. He wanted to know if I had insurance. I said that I did. Then he proclaimed, " I KNEW THAT! YOU CAN JOIN WITH SILVER SNEAKERS. THE PASS IS FOR EVERYONE ELSE." (I thought, "you mean YOU ASSUMED!" I might want to try your gym before applying my insurance to a membership.) I yelled, " he doesn't want disabled people in his gym!" He walked over to a group to hand out flyers. His companion made a ph call. I recorded them as they continued their journey and broke it off near the singing...
