Orofino Marketplace — Local services in Orofino

Tried to get a fishing license multiple times in the day and didn't end up getting one. We were told by the Clerk Justin that they were understaffed and to come back after 7pm. We came back at 8:45pm and were told the station closed at 8:30pm and it would not be reopened. We asked why we were told to come back after 7 if it closed at 8:30. Justin argued with us stating he said to come back at exactly 7pm. Why would we need to come back at exactly 7pm if the station is open until 8:30? Why weren't we told that the station closed at 8:30 so we could have come back in time? If the store is open until 10pm, the services they provide should be available during hours of operation. If hours for certain services differ from normal store hours, these should be posted or at the very least communicated in a professional manner. Justin made it apparent he had no interest in helping us during either of our visits into the store today. Store is clean & typically well stocked, Staff is nice other then one incident when I wasn't informed that part of my order wasn't available upon purchasing the box of chicken family meals, then was still charged full price at the register once I discovered AND informed the cashier that part of my order wasn't given to me.
