iStorage — Local services in Oroville

I recently rented a new storage unit at iStorage, and I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the staff during the whole process. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and super helpful. They took the time to walk me through the available units, explained the pricing clearly, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out the most was how easy they made the whole process. They were patient, gave me honest recommendations based on what I needed to store, and made sure I understood everything before I signed anything. It’s not every day you come across a team that’s both efficient and genuinely kind.

I found myself mesmerized by the knowledge and experience of this young site manager. Lindsey was professional and yet still personable enough to make my family feel very comfortable and welcome. Which is important to me to feel the trust of leaving our possessions in her storage facility. All of our questions were answered with complete knowledge and fast. There was no lagging. The place was clean, well lit, AND SECURE. We are in the campfire area and I will be referring many people from the fire to istorage here and the Oroville one on 5th st (We went there first but he dident have one large enough for our needs. So he called Lindsey himself and arranged for us to go right over. I definately recommend...

my wife and I had a unit here and I told them I was thinking about leaving the area and I would most likely clean my stuff out by and I gave them a date but payed for the rent and was not late and I never told them for sure I was leaving and when I came to get my stuff the guy told me he threw it all away he said he thought I left and so he took all my stuff to the dump I told him then why did I pay rent and I was payed up past the date I came to get my stuff and I told them I would give them formal notice when I knew when I was going to go they told my wife and I oh well it is all gone ! if I were you I would never rent...
