Starbucks — Restaurant in Oroville

I went through the drive-thru to get a large ice water, something I’ve done once before. The first time, it was free, which surprised me since most places at least charge for the cup.

This time, however, I was told I couldn’t get an ice water in a cup unless I purchased something else. I explained that I didn’t mind paying for the cup, but the employee said the only option was to buy a $3 bottled water so she could give me a large cup with ice.

I have to say that I am so very disappointed... I drove 1 1/2 hours back into town before work and decided to stop in for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I spent 12 dollars on coffee and food and gave a dollar tip. When I got to work and opened my breakfast, there was LITTERELY a smudge of pesto, tomato and mozzarella in the middle of the bread. Seriously, maybe two bites even had something besides bread! I paid seven dollars for this bf sandwich!!! If I had time, I would have gone back and got a refund!! I am so sick of greed... I will never go back to any...

You can not go inside or sit down. It's drive-thru only. There was an extremely limited food selection. The coffee was terrible. A coffee I order regularly from other Starbucks in town and in other towns just couldn't be made correctly. Its supposed to be sweet. It's straight off the menu. I've ordered it twice at this location and both times it tasted like bitter coffee grounds. The girl in the drive-thru had to be reminded to give me my credit card receipt and napkins. She never offered napkins or a straw. Terrible coffee and subpar...
