Absolutely terrible. I'm a die-hard AutoZone customer and former employee. I refuse to go back to the Osceola store. They have sold me the wrong parts on several occasions. They've even ordered parts for me and then turned around and sent them back before I could come and pick them up. They've ordered the wrong parts. They never know what they have in stock. And asking them anything other than what color the sky is, is useless. One employee was screaming about finding packages from stolen items while the store was full of customers. Unprofessional, no clue what's going on and disheveled and unbathed looking employees. The only male I've seen working there specifically. I don't like the fact I have to PAY first if they don't have something in stock whether over the phone order or in store and then I have to come back and pick it up, I've NEVER experienced this at ANY other AutoZone store.
