Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Osceola

I do reviews all the time, I do not generally give bad reviews. We expected with a Taco Bell there was a certain standard but we were disappointed.

The sign said they were out of Mexican Pizzas. When we said we were disappointed about it, the girl at the counter (without checking) said they had them. We were happy about that and were ordering 2. Then a manager walked by and said they didn't have Mexican Pizzas. The nacho cheese in the Nacho Belle Grande was very unusual. I worked at Taco Bell in college and know how it comes from the company, this was something different. It was like it had a liquid added to make it go further which caused it to loose its flavor. I drink Sierra Mist, the Serra Mist and Baja Blast was completely out. I did not know this until after I had purchased my drink. I asked the young lady who took my order if I could get a freeze instead. She said there were other soda options available. I told here I couldn't drink the others. She said she couldn't give me a freeze because it would cost more. I nicely said, it wasn't my fault they were out of things. She then offered lemonade which I settled on.

My point is, sometimes you just have to offer a little extra when things are not they way they are supposed to be and you know it will help.

POSITIVE- There was a female manager that was very nice when I did interact with her. She was very busy so it was a limited time.

I hope all the issues are only because of the delivery problems going on with the country. I will be praying the managers will be able to work out these kinks. I believe they can do...

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at in my whole life and that's what happens when you mix a KFC AND TACO BELL together and most of the time the drive thru worker's are rude AF.... let me let y'all youngens at taco Bell know from experience as a past Memphis taco bell employee that for the love of God 🙏 stop, stop putting those nasty Mexican pizzas on the bottom of the frikin bag okay 👌 once you pile 12 tacos and more on top you done cremated these dang things..... Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They charged for substituting beans for beef making the items vegetarian, which is supposed to be free. I spoke with the cashier and she said she had no option to substitute and had to charge. I expressed to her she didn't and it is supposed to be free but she still denied it. I called corporate and they said the store would be calling me to make it right but I never received a call. I will never be back to this Taco Bell/KFC. would rather not eat for a day than give them my business.
