Rent One — Local services in Osceola

Do not order from Rent one in Osceola. Since new management, I’ve been treated so disrespectful. I think I’ve been a pretty faithful customer of 3 years and I was beside myself when the current manager spoke to me so rudely over the phone. I waited almost a year on my order, never complaining, all the while I was paying for something I didn’t have and never received. I had to change whole order to a bigger size because it was only thing available. I think my contract is wrong and new manager doesn’t want to help me because he says he wasn’t there at that time so he knows nothing about it. The only person that works there who knows me and is nice and friendly is the only employee that’s been there through all the different management changes. Chris Hood I think is his name. First off the people that work here are nice and helped up until this point with any questions or concerns. Heard a lot of horror stories about Rent One as a business, but thought people just overblew it because they don't take responsibility for payments or what not. Was proven wrong as my washer dies the day the final payment is suppose to process, I tell them about it and assume I could get some help on it since its literally that day(wasn't even cleared through the bank). If your trying to call this store be prepared for 2 things. 1 calling more than once to get an answer and 2 being put on hold several times while in the middle of talking to some one. Besides that they are rude to you if you try to say any thing they talk over you and at you. When asked to calm down they tell you things like "I dont get upset. I have no reason to be."
