I took my car to my dealership for strange noises I was hearing. It took the Auto mechanic forever to get my part in, then he didnt call me when it came in. I had to call and check on it. I had to schedule it for repair 2 months later. They needed it for 2 hours and ended up with it all day and didn't repair it correctly. I called Hometown Auto and they got me right in. They repaired the problem with my car and towed it to get it realigned because the dealership had it so out of alignment. They towed it back for me and it drove wonderfully when I got it back. I would recommend them to anybody....

Remember Mayberry? Do you remember how friendly Andy was and how he would fix people's cars and he was honest about everything and still had great customer service? That might have been 60 or 70 years ago, but the spirit of Mayberry (which I thought was long gone) is still alive with Home Town Auto! Russell is extremely polite and friendly. More importantly, he does excellent work at a fair price. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Highly Recommend! My headlight and turn signal had been out for over a year. I had taken my car to 3 or 4 other shops and it never got fixed or stayed working. Russell fixed my light and signal, checked back with me 2 or 3 times to make sure it was still working AND advised of another problem and fixed it reasonably! Price was fair. Time he had my car was reasonable. Customer service was great.
