Having the same experiences with the old Hog Rock I'm seeing and hearing about with the new Hog Rock, I don't see how this is a re-learning experience. I quit going to this place for all reasons listed and I'm hearing about in the reviews. Running out of food, waiting to be seated when others get seated ahead of you, not having silverware. Orders getting lost... these are the same issues they had before at the old facility that burnt down. My wildest restaurant experience was with Hog Rock. I had a couple friends who tried to eat here a month ago who never got in and finally just left due to the hostess issues and one of those friends had an issue again last night who pretty much left after waiting forever for their food. I always heard at the old Hog Rock, if you sit on the bar side, the service is good but the family side, the service is all over the place. Go at your own risk is all I'm trying to say because the same problems I hear about are the same problems they're having again at their new facility. When and if you do get good service or actually get what you ordered if they're not out of it, it is good food. Just don't bet on getting seated or...
Read moreThe Hog Rock was a WINNER for our wedding day! We had imagined a more casual meal since our wedding was at a private residence and Hog Rock hit it out of the park with their barbecue. We had SO MUCH food and all of our guests were impressed. The biggest shout out goes to Chrissy Lanham who was so patient and accommodating over the 9 months or so of planning. Chrissy made sure to double-check our menu, to offer recommendations when needed, and ensured that the catering team had all the supplies and information they needed. Between appetizers and dinner, our cost was so reasonable, especially for a wedding at about $28/per person. You can’t ask for much better than that! Delicious pulled pork and chicken, mac and cheese, and my favorite – our pretzel bites with craft beer cheese! We were so pleased with the service and the food! Will definitely recommend to anyone planning an event...
Read moreHog rock is a fantastic family-friendly restaurant that provides an enjoyable dining experience for all ages. They have a menu that offers a wide range of options and I have always had friendly, attentive servers. We have also attended a few of their party events such as the Prince event as well as others and the shows were absolutely amazing! The owners are great friends, community driven, and they always help out with local fundraisers/benefits when they can. They have hosted and catered my nephews Dollar for Scholars-Cruise in for a Cause car show several years in a row and my family is forever grateful for all that they have done in his honor. Their dedication to creating a meaningful and successful event is always evident, and we appreciate their generosity so much! I highly recommend you give them a try for your next...
