They've been getting worse and worse over time...food quality isn't consistent and some of the new waitresses are a lot more concerned with talking to each other behind the register than they are serving the customers.
Today may have been the final straw though. Yes, I know it's always busy on Sunday lunch...all the churches getting out and all...but we waited almost 30 minutes before anyone even asked how many were in our party, and then they would not let us have a table that was on the ground level "because they were all reserved." I ordered a cheeseburger because I had read in a review they were good there, mine was so burnt, I couldn't eat it, I ordered home fries I don't know if it was just me but they weren't the kind of home fries I think of I would describe theirs as steak fries my idea of home fries are either shredded or cubed theirs we're steak fries and they were not good, they were hard.
