Absolutely trash. Extremely unprofessional. I sent multiple design files to have printed on different garments, because you know, it’s a print shop. Everything was fine up until I began to give them directions on sizing and placement. I was told my requests were “too complicated” to carry out, even though I also sent visual mockups of the design on each garment, their approximate sizing and placement. I sent the exact same directions for some of the garments that I sent to other print shops that were actually capable of following and completing directions. My directions of where I wanted my designs and how large I wanted them on my garments were “too complicated” for a print shop.... think about how silly that sounds. After trying to revise my requests and draw them back to be “less complicated” so that I could still have my items produced, I was told by their associate that they could not help me at all during this time. So I basically spent a part of my day sending out inquiries through emails and 5 more days waiting for responses to the designs I sent just for them to tell me they are unable to help; even after initially being told by another employee that the associate who would take care of my designs would be able to take care of some of the designs but not all of them. And one of the most upsetting parts about it is if the associate would have just manned up and definitively said “we can’t help you” instead of me waiting 3 more days for me to ask why he hasn’t responded to my emails, my time would have been better utilized trying to find a print shop competent enough to carry out the most basic tasks. Terrible service, uncoordinated and unprofessional team. I’ll literally never ask for another quote from them again. Read moreAstonishingly bad customer service. They made a simple mistake that they may have been able to fix if they just communicated well. They instead chose to constantly talk over me, gaslight me on what the problem was and hang up on me multiple times. All this after I was charged for the order. I just needed some shirts. Boomer needs to stop talking to customers on the phone because he will outright lie to cover up mistakes then forget to enter the promises into the computer.
EDIT As predicted, Boomer has responded and blamed the customer. So to clear the air and show how bad the customer service here is.
The First order form had the incorrect design and date.
The SECOND order form had the incorrect date.
Called Boomer and corrected the date. Boomer asked me to call on the 20th to check on the order.
I called, the order was never updated, the shirts were never ordered. The CS rep wouldn't tell me if the shirts were in stock. I was hung up on multiple times. I HAVE ALREADY PAID.
Boomer called me back and said the order would be ready by EOB or in the morning. I said ok, we leave in the morning for the event.
I waited till EOB and called for the status. I was told the shirts would be ready at NOON. I said thanks, that wouldn't work, cancel the order....got hung up on again. Called back again to check if they had charged my card......they had. They issued a refund.
Jesus H Christ Boomer. You messed up the date three times over the phone. This isn't rocket science.... You just messed up the date on the phone and didn't enter it into the system. STOP telling the customer what they want to hear on the phone. STOP forgetting to enter info into the system. Now please Ban me again as I walk away.
IF you use this company cross your fingers there are no mistakes.....because if there are you will get an interaction like you see in all the negative reviews. Crazy...

Ryan is great to work with and has gone above and beyond for us! Everyone we have had the pleasure of speaking to has always been very helpful, professional and friendly! A few years ago, when we made some changes to our design, Boomer made the suggestion to tweak the design slightly and I think it made a huge difference. Not only have we done our t-shirts, but they do our pamphlets, other clothing items and banners! Our customers love our t-shirts and we have never received any bad comments about them.
