The Alley — Local services in Ottawa

Hosted my son’s sixth birthday party at The Alley today. I scheduled it a bit last minute- called & booked last weekend. I corresponded with Jack throughout the process, he was also there today during the party. I’ve bowled at this location for years throughout different owners. I can say that our experience today was fantastic. The staff was not only friendly to me but also to all of the kids at the party. They had everything set up and ready ahead of our arrival and talked me through ordering the pizzas, drinks, timing, etc. The kids loved bowling, but they also loved all the arcade games available (which by the way- were all affordable! I brought a bunch of quarters and they all got to play as many games as they wanted!) The bowler display devices on each lane were super easy to use and made the process very smooth. Some grandparents stopped by the party for a bit- it was nice they were able to grab a beer while they visited, too! Perfect spot for my daughter's 7th birthday celebration! The staff did a nice job with the decorations and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire evening. They made everything easy for us parents, from setting up the lanes to getting everyone their shoes. The kids had an absolute blast, and seeing my daughter's face light up made it all worth it.
