I just left the Coldwater location. The cashier and the bagger were in a conversation and doing sign language with each other. No smile, hello, thank you, nothing because they were so intense in their conversation. It would be nice if you taught your cashiers that the customer is the most important thing and not their personal conversations. I shop there for the convenience but I would happily drive to another grocer just to feel like they appreciate my business! This is t the first time I've experienced this and hopefully it will be the last. The issue is probably the cause of lack of supervision and observation. Inspect what you expect! Need some spices and chicken meat didn't seem like it was cooked properly. Fried okra was okay, mac and cheese made me sad how watery it was. It got 3 stars because its one of 4 options for food in the area and two are fast food. Jacks does better Fried chicken, but with minimal options I guess its better than nothing. I wouldn't waste...
