El Agave Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Oxford

We usually order takeout if we eat at El Agave but the last time I ordered I ordered online from my phone. The menu stated that the lunch special 9# came with a beef enchilada and a chimichanga. When I arrived to pick up the order they said the online menu was wrong and that it would only come with the chimichanga. They did no offer to go ahead and include the enchilada. I got a apology from what seemed like one of the owners but i am not even sure if she knew what the problem was and only witnessed the confusion . The staff also always seem indifferent almost to the point of rudeness. They had a lot of confusion as the staff who I was talking to also didn't realize I had paid online. I am willing to get them another chance but they need to look at their menus online and they need a little more...

Not enough words to describe how great this place is! We’ve been eating here for years with no issue but today really showed just how great this restaurant is. I broke my hand in multiple places & I’m having to rely on others more than I’d like. The people working today showed me nothing but grace & kindness making the entire encounter a breeze even with one hand. Lengua Tacos 🌮 are my favorite! If you order out check your order because you might be missing a few tacos but if you dine in I haven’t had an issue ever. I usually swing by at least twice a week.
