PLEASE everyone for your own mental health and sanity DO NOT waste your time with these people. No broker's rate will be worth it. The layover/detention will be so many hours the broker will likely refuse to pay. You have to drive 10 to 15 minutes away just to get weighed and do this many times over, that's timed without traffic too.. They will load and unload 10 times and still load you incorrectly. You WILL wait many hours if not all day and night, maybe the next day as well same as I had to. NEVER EVER AGAIN! You should be ashamed of yourselves treating these hardworking truckdrivers like this. Rude! They are all rude especially the woman and the man was asking unnecessary questions acting like the weight problem was because of the truck model ! What??? How does that even make sense?

Never again. 7 hours at shipper. Got there at 8am and no where to park on the street or in the yard. Tried calling in to check in, nope got to go in. When I was able to get there I was informed that all the appointments were taken. I was rescheduled for 1200. Saw an argument in the office and a fight almost break out in the yard. This place is too small. The horrible blind back isn't a big issue for me even though it's a big deal. my main issue is the office staff, who I don't think they know how trucks work or how small their yard is for a semi truck, nor do they care how crowded it gets. Facility is way too small to handle the volume of product for DelMonte. Driver wait times sometimes exceed (3) hours. There is little to No Parking for you’re wait time. Del Monte was more Efficient and Driver Friendly when all operations were in the Port of Hueneme. The Good old Days 😀 Anacapa would be a better Operation with a 30 door facility .
