LIL Red Barn — Local services in Oxnard

So I stopped by here to pick up some strawberries because of the reviews but this establishment was utterly disappointing. 1st time going there the vendor gave me a box of strawberries that had all old dried rubbery berries on the bottom and new ones along the top of the box were fresh picked plump shiny berried. Hoping the vendor would remember a returning customer I went back expecting a better experience but the 2nd trip there was just unacceptable. Not only were the berries all very dried up and rubber they also smelled like some were already starting to decompose. I attached a photo of what all berries underneath the 1st layer...

This is the third strike against this place his fruit has always been rotten or close to being rotten!! Besides being expensive and him pressuring you to purchase from him we will NEVER give him our business again even though we live 1 min away you would think that he would have the best fruit because that's all he sells but no he knows that his fruit is not up to par he will still push it on you...

$6 a pound for most fruit. I was expecting the best peach I’ve ever eaten for six dollars but it wasn’t. Fruit is pretty good but it’s not excellent and it’s imperfect ( many blemishes on each fruit ) unlike the grocery store.
