I recently had an unfortunate experience at this local establishment, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts and concerns regarding the encounter with one of their cashiers. It's essential to acknowledge that this review reflects my personal experience and may not be representative of the establishment as a whole. Upon entering the store, I was optimistic about my visit, as I had heard positive things about the food and services offered. However, my initial excitement quickly dissipated when I encountered an extremely rude cashier during the checkout process. From the moment I approached the counter, the cashier displayed a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. Their tone of voice was abrupt and impolite, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I attempted to maintain a pleasant demeanor, assuming that perhaps they were having a bad day. Normally this place is good. I had ordered green shell muscle and crawfish which are most of the time clean but sometimes full of mussel “beard” which makes them un enjoyable. The crawfish I got today was extremely dry brittle shell and just had a really bad taste I thought it might have been a bad crawfish but no I tried more of them and the taste is extremely bad. Sauce is great foods great but this batch of crawfish really made me upset. I threw the whole “pound” away.
