If I could write this review with zero stars I would! This evening my 13 year old son was racially profiled with 4 of his other friends. We have been going to this store for almost 10 years. Always respectful and kind to the owners! My son and his friends go in there and always spend money and never cause issues! This evening the owners both pulled my son aside and accused him of stealing a soda. Not only did they accuse him, they forced him to pay for it. My son was scared and paid for it; in the meantime my son called me to come there. I rushed over there to look at the cameras with the owners, sure enough it shows my son putting the soda back! Not taken one thing out of the store! After I had to tell them how terrible this was, the male owner had zero compassion! My innocent son was so scared and hurt by this! I recommend NEVER shopping here!!! There are a handful of stores in a few block radius that I recommend you go to. It's not a safe place! This could have been a horrible situation if they tried to call the police. They should have had him call me as his mother with him being only 13, Never in trouble, an hour student! OR watch the camera before randomly accusing an innocent child! This was a horrible experience for our family and including my son and his 4 friends! They will forever be effected by this!

TO THE OWNERS: please learn from this and do better! It's horrible how you racially profiled my son who loved going shopping at your store! This is not the first time. You have other reviews doing the same thing to other black...

The family that runs this corner store are usually very kind when I shop here, so it pains me to write this review.

Always ask for an itemized receipt. For the past several transactions, they have been slipping in a couple extra dollars on top of product cost thinking I wouldn't catch on. This has happened several times now, and this recent transaction they charged my card $30 for $20 worth of products. If you ask for a receipt, they just give you the debit/credit receipt without an itemized break down. Anything to score a couple more bucks per transaction right? At least I got my money back when I called the gentleman out for charging me more than product cost, but the principal of trying to sneak a couple extra bucks every time I shop here is downright unbelievable.

I usually love supporting small businesses, but dishonestly like this where you scam your customers a for a couple more dollars thinking they won't notice is disrespectful. Not once, but multiple times.

I'd prefer to give my money to small businesses instead of big corporations like 7-Eleven, but at least they're honest with their transactions.
