7-Eleven — Local services in Pacific

Horrible experience here. I stopped to get diesel late in the evening. Being a pregnant female and it being cold I got back into my car while my diesel pumped. I kept an eye on the pump which was running incredibly slow and I sat for almost 10 minutes. By the time it hit $117 and a few gallons shy of as full as it could go I got out to find the pump never kicked off, and diesel pouring down my vehicle. I went inside to let them know the pump is broken (pump 8) and to see if there is any way to be compensated for any of the money I spent on the wasted diesel. The people inside were unhelpful and a bit condescending saying I should have been standout by it while it pumped. Wouldn’t give me contact information for anyone to talk to and said I would have to come in tomorrow to talk to the owner. I don’t live near the gas station so I won’t be going out of my way to go back. I just will make sure to use another station on the way...

Night crew Thursday night there were two people working we arrived around 11:40 ish 12:00 a.m. once we get there they put up a sign that says they are mopping 10 minutes goes by we were watching videos on our phones doing whatever then we're like okay it's been a little bit too long so we go and check the entrance and these guys still have the door locked and are just in the back so we end up knocking on the doors for them to open it for us because we've been waiting like 30 minutes and they want to give us some attitude saying don't knock on the door being rude and just very unprofessional oh and mind you that the clothes for mopping sign was still up when the store was completely dry and there was no...

4.12.22 - DONT GO HERE GAS PUMPS ARE BROKEN. the grounds here are nice, and the store is very nice. problem is for the past few weeks the middle pumps stop every few seconds, and i cant get gas. i moved to the outter pump 8, and it finally worked. the gas pumps with out clicking, however it pumps very slow. 15 minutes and i barely got a few gallons. I think they are just low on gas. However when i went to mention it to the clerk she says they report it to the gas people, and the people say its not broken. So there is something very wrong at this gas station with the gas, and im not going to get gas here anymore. fortunately there are two other stations near by right...
