The place was in a good location. However, there are some things for improvements. There was a trash oder the whole time of our stay. We had to air out the apartment every evening when we arrived after enjoying the lake. Our stay was in August so the weather was hot!! This made it uncomfortable. After our departure, one of the instructions was to leave the trash cans outside. That's when we realized the the trash cans are left inside the garage. This was the smell we smelled the entire time! The host could have told us about it but didn't "bother". Also, take your own towels! The towels from the apartment did not absorb. I had to use my own extra beach towels when showering. This host also left me a review regarding a spot on the carpet I had no idea about. She stated that I didn't "bother" to let her know. There was a really bad storm during our stay and few things went out of place outside. During our check-out I did let her know that I followed all instructions and informed her that I also tried to place things back caused by the storm, so I went out of my way.
