WATERMELON FESTIVAL — Local services in Pageland

Ticket prices were reasonable. 20 tickets for $20. Ride length was like less than a min on the motorcycle and four wheeler rides for ages 2-5. They went around like 2-3 times for 3tickets and the ride was over. Ferris wheel this year took 40 mins. And it never was a constant view. It was start stop start stop. Never a full rotation without stopping. Food trucks was a plus. Great idea for those. They had freeze dried candies. Plus! And the live bands was great too. I would suggest more places to sit and actually enjoy the food and scenery...

The first time that I went to the Watermelon Festival was 9 years ago and I keep trying to go back because I enjoy the music, atmosphere, vendors and the amount of police presence. I will say that the band from Charlotte that performed last night had some of the most talented individuals that I have seen or heard in a while!! Year after year this is, and has always been, one of my family's favorite events to participate in. There is so much to see and do the entire weekend. Including, but not limited to, a parade, rodeo, pageant and festival! The most tasty food truck/stand display hands down!! Live music and the entertainment is never a let down.
