El Paso Grill Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Pageland

If I could give it a 1 star I would after tonight. We frequently visit this restaurant, prb once a week. Tonight was the absolute last time! We sat down and everything was good, ordered drinks and cheese dip. Everything was still good. Ordered food- food came and mine was wrong. She insisted I ordered wrong and it wasn't her fault. I asked to just make what I wanted and she walked away. Then we realized we were missing 2 kids meals and asked her to come back to the table- that's when the attitude started. She argued at the table saying she put 2 in, I told her we needed 3 but there was only 1 on the table. She walked off. Then when we thought the kids food was coming there was only one. At this point I called the mod. He came to the table and asked what was wrong- explained it all and he put in the 3rd kids meal. He told me he was going to talk to her. Thought it would be okay- turns out that was just the beginning. She then completely ignored our table with multiple trips by. I called another waiter to ask for refills and corn tortillas that were not brought out to begin with. She overheard me asking and came to the table causing a scene saying she was waiting on us until I told the manager she had an attitude. I asked her multiple times to just walk away from our table and she continued to cause a scene. She then was sent out with the corn tortillas and walked by our table to a table behind us and when they said they didn't ask for them she walked back to the kitchen. I had to call the mod and let him know they were supposed to come to us. He then brought them back out and i informed him about the scene that had happened and he said he would talk to her again. Fast forward to the end of the meal, we had to ask for boxes for food, he brought the check out, which we found incorrect, had to get the wrong meal taken off, and was basically pushed out the door where she...

First time visiting. Unfortunately our service was horrible. Our order was not pushed to the kitchen by mistake and when it finally came out it was wrong. The waiter was apologetic and someone I assume was the manager. This might be a good place but I can only talk about my experience. There had to be at least 10 people working the floor. There was maybe 4 tables being served, so I can’t blame my experience based on the staff been overwhelmed. Even when my order was already late, the waiter did three trips to the kitchen to get our order (a soup, two tacos and a taco salad) out while the rest of the staff was chitchatting in a corner by the bar. I didn’t get a chance to taste the food because by the time they tried to fix my order I had already loss my appetite. I saw a lot of empty plates in the tables around us so I can assume the cooking is good. My mom told me she liked her soup, my wife got her tacos but there were not fix them the way she asked. Would I try them again?? If I am ever in the area and without guests or family, maybe, otherwise “no”. I hope the restaurant management read this. We didn’t get charged for what we consumed and even when I refuse I wasn’t...

Huge portions! Great value! Exceptionally tasty! Best freshest food "Fakeland/Pageland" has to offer.

It's unfortunate it's in "Fakeland/Pageland", hopefully they can make the bank they need to move on being it's just a matter of time that town completely kills itself off or the feds finally see the inadequate "policing" & corruption the town actually is. Even it's history is stolen. Georgia is the Watermelon capital of the world. "Pageland/Fakeland" stole the title in 1952. & the town enabled a theif to rip it off & tho the thing doesn't live in SC, the thing ran the chamber of commerce through fb ( who does that?) The "people" there enabled it & him in stealing the towns $$$ 👏👏👏 Brilliant 👌 if you're not from "Fakeland/Pageland", & live there & don't have a High school diploma. You're already leaps & bounds genius over the majority. Avoid this town like the plague. The idiotic is rapid & grossly nauseous as to how transparent & obviously lazy the majority are.
